How Does The Rock Cycle Occurs?

  •  Rock cycle is a process in which it explains how the three main basic types of rocks are formed. First it starts with magma which overflows as lava when a volcano is erupted. After lava cools down it forms igneous rocks. due to weathering and climatic changes these igneous rocks turns into sand particles. These sand particles moves onto rivers, seas with the help of wind, rain, cyclones etc... After it erodes it makes several layers in river, sea beds and form sedimentary rocks. Due to the movement of earth plates it produce heat and melts the sedimentary rocks and that's how it the metamorphic rocks are formed. Again the metamorphic rocks turns into magma and continues the process. The rock cycle helps in finding fossil fuels from sedimentary environments and also radioactive elements for nuclear energy from igneous rocks.
